OVERVIEW
This meeting was designed as a Public Workshop, where a number of information boards were displayed and staff members were stationed near the boards to answer questions and receive input. There was also a large aerial map of the East End corridor that allowed participants to view the entire corridor and write comments on what and where they thought the best transit improvement should be..
PURPOSE
This Public Workshop was held as a second in a series of meetings to discuss the options for transit improvements for the East End corridor. Initial findings from the corridor analysis were presented at the meeting. Further analysis is still being conducted and will be followed by a technical evaluation scheduled to be completed by late May. As the planning process progresses, METRO will continue to seek public input. To view all the presentation boards that were exhibited at the meeting, please click here.
