Will the LRT take up traffic lanes in an already congested corridor?
Depending on the preferred alignment and operating option chosen, it is possible that traffic lanes may be taken or shared in the LRT corridor to facilitate this transit improvement. More detailed traffic analysis will be conducted to determine traffic impacts and how to best design the LRT operations. All efforts will be taken to mitigate traffic impacts that may result from development of the LRT.
