FAQ's updated March 2009 in response to current questions and concerns

Q: When will construction begin?

A: Preliminary utility work begins March 2009. The demolition of three warehouses took place in February 2009.

Q: How long will construction last?

A: The North Corridor project is scheduled to last through 2012. METRO will provide updates as needed.

Q: What are the phases of construction?

A: There are four phases. They are:

Phase 1 - Advanced Utility Work
Phase 2 - Road Widening
Phase 3 - Guideway Work
Phase 4 - System and Finishes

Q: Are there any changes to the North Corridor Stations? 

A: The station art for the Graceland Station is being modified. New renderings will be posted as soon as they are available. You may view the other station art renderings at the North Corridor Office.
